Rental Fees Sun-Wed Thurs-Sat Main Gallery Lounge Included Occupancy: Max 190 Dimensions: 2100 approx. square feet $1500 $1600 Gallery Two & Three Occupancy: Max 60 Dimensions: 700 approx. square feet $850 $950 All Galleries Occupancy: Max 250 Dimensions: 2800 approx. square feet $1700 $1900 All rental fees are based on a four hour event minimum (additional 2 hour set-up and 1 hour break-down included),. Additional per hour charge of 100.00/hr. will be charged - 150.00/hr beyond midnight. If your event is for a small amount of guests or shorter time period, discounts are available. If you are booking the Gallery for multiple events within one year, discounts are available. All non-profit organizations will receive a 20% courtesy discount.
